In 2022, we created a Client Advisory Board. This group, chosen annually, provides insights and feedback to help shape our services and offerings. Their expertise and perspectives are instrumental in guiding our platform’s direction and ensuring that we meet and exceed client expectations.

A benefit I’ve see is being exposed to others in the same industry or even in the tobacco industry. It was interesting to learn their perspectives and that the challenges they face are the same ones that we face. It’s more of that sense that we’re not alone and we’re all working together towards the same goal. It definitely feels like IGEN is listening and working towards the main pain points that we highlighted in the Client Advisory Board.
